Alleima has acquired the Swedish company Söderfors Steel Operations AB. The transaction was closed in May 2023. The acquisition adds capabilities in hot rolling of small diameter bars and profiles in Alleima. The new name of the Söderfors plant is Alleima Söderfors and it is reported within the Tube division.
